Durch die Kombination von Yoga, Atemübungen und körperbasierten Meditationstechniken soll sowohl Anfängern als auch Fortgeschrittenen der experimentelle Einstieg in die Meditation ermöglicht werden. Für die meisten Menschen ist es schwierig, sich aus ihrem gestressten Alltag heraus direkt in den Zustand der absoluten Stille fallen zu lassen. Aus diesem Grund nutzen wir verschiedene Körperhaltungen in denen wir zunächst die physische und mentale Anspannung wahrnehmen und mit bestimmten Techniken auflösen, um am Ende im Zustand der totalen Entspannung als Grundvoraussetzung der Meditation anzukommen.

By combining yoga, breathing exercises and somatic meditation techniques, beginners and advanced practitioners will experience the state of meditation as the natural state of embodiment. For most people, it is difficult to let go of their stressed everyday life into a state of absolute silence. For this reason, we use different postures in which we first perceive the physical and mental tension and dissolve it with certain techniques in order to arrive in a state of total relaxation as a basic requirement for meditation.
